One-Pan English Breakfast Recipe

How to make

  1. Heat your pan on medium heat and place the bacon into it with a teaspoon of oil.
  2. Once the bacon has started to slightly fry, add the chipolata sausages, flipping them after 2 minutes.
  3. In the middle of the pan, add in the sliced mushrooms and black pudding then fry for a few minutes on each side or until crispy.
  4. Pour in the chopped tomatoes and mix them into the bacon bits.
  5. Sprinkle with smoked paprika, salt and pepper and mix to combine.
  6. In the side of the pan, add in the beans.
  7. Make a well in the centre of the pan and crack the egg into it.
  8. Cover with a lid and simmer on low until the egg is cooked through.
  9. Sprinkle fresh thyme over it and serve with a cup of tea!
