How to make

  1. In a saucepan, heat some water on a medium-low heat until small, frequent bubbles appear.
  2. Once the water is up to temperate, squeeze in the vinegar.
  3. Crack your eggs into ramekins and pour them into the hot water.
  4. Cook for around 3-4 minutes (depending how done you like your eggs), making sure the water never boils.
  5. In a small saucepan, combine the butter, spices, and salt.
  6. Place on medium heat, and simmer for 2 minutes until the butter starts foaming.
  7. In a bowl, mix the yoghurt and garlic and spread onto a serving plate.
  8. Place the poached eggs onto the yoghurt and drizzle over hot spiced butter.
  9. Serve with sprigs of dill and toasted sourdough.
