How to make

  1. Prep the chilli-salt rim by mixing the sea salt with a pinch of chilli flakes on a small plate. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of your glass, then dip it into the chilli salt mix for a fiery finish.
  2. Make the tropical ice cubes (optional but fun!). Add a blueberry, a tiny mint leaf and a few drops of coconut water into each ice cube tray compartment. Freeze for a couple of hours or until solid for a decorative twist to your mocktail.
  3. In a cocktail shaker or large jar, combine the pink grapefruit juice, coconut water, passion fruit pulp, honey or agave syrup, lime juice, and ice cubes. Shake well until chilled and slightly frothy.
  4. Fill your salt-rimmed glasses with the fruity ice cubes and strain the mocktail mixture over the top.
  5. Finally, top with a wedge of grapefruit, a sprig of mint, and edible flowers if you’re feeling fancy. Sip, relax, and enjoy this summertime drink recipe, no alcohol needed.
