Homemade Yoghurt Flatbread

How to make

  1. In a mixing bowl, pour in the natural yoghurt along with the plain flour and use a fork to mix slightly.
  2. Once it’s starting to come together, flour your work surface well and place the dough onto it.
  3. Start kneading the dough until it’s smooth. Feel free to add more flour if it’s too sticky!
  4. Let it rest on the worktop for 10 minutes.
  5. Once rested, separate the dough into 4 pieces and roll into round circles.
  6. Heat a pan on medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil.
  7. Fry the flatbreads until golden and crispy on each side.
