How to make

  1. Pre-heat the air fryer to 180°.
  2. Mix the butter, parsley and marmite until combined.
  3. Spread over each crumpet.
  4. Cut each crumpet in half.
  5. Place into an oven-proof dish and sprinkle over the grated cheddar.
  6. Air fry for 15 minutes or until the cheese is gooey and crispy.
  7. Sprinkle some fresh or dried parsley over the top.
