How to make

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Peel and chop your organic carrots into your desired size and shape.
  3. Place in an ovenproof dish along with the rest of the ingredients and massage the seasonings into the carrots.
  4. Once the carrots are well coated, place them into the oven.
  5. Roast for around 30 minutes, or until the carrots are soft & caramelised.
  6. Serve alone or as part of your favourite roast!
