How to make

  1. Gently crack the eggs into a small, microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Add the milk and a pinch of salt and mix with a fork or whisk until smooth.
  3. Place the bowl into the microwave and cook on high for around 30 seconds. Remove the eggs from the microwave, beat again, and then pop back into the microwave for a further 30 seconds.
  4. Remove again, beat well, and return to the microwave for 15 seconds. Repeat this step until the eggs are fully cooked and scrambled!
