Banana and Avocado Smoothie

A fantastic choice for all the family, this tasty smoothie works brilliantly as a breakfast treat, and as an afternoon pick-me-up. Quick, easy and highly versatile, it can be made dairy-free and vegan, too.

How to make

  1. Peel and slice the bananas and the half avocado and place in a blender along with the spinach, peanut butter or honey, vanilla extract and milk of your choice.
  2. Blend everything until mostly smooth, then begin to add the ice cubes four at a time, and blending in between.
  3. Once all of the ice cube are in blend until smooth and serve.
